Indoor & Outdoor Cleaner for Evaporators & Condensers
Application
- Consult Material Safety Data Sheet before use.
- Always use low pressure sprayer and coarse spray to avoid misting.
- To use CONDENSER CLEANER as a heavy foaming aluminum finned air cooled condenser cleaner, dilute with two parts water and, using a low pressure sprayer, spray between fins. Within seconds a heavy foam will form and push contamination out ward from the condenser, this foam and contamination should then be thoroughly rinsed with water, CONDENSER CLEANER will effectively remove grease, exhaust residues and other contaminants found on air cooled condensers.
- For refrigeration coils, dilute CONDENSER CLEANER with 5 parts water and spray onto refrigeration coils. Allow to soak for 3 or 4 minutes and rinse with water. Because CONDENSER CLEANER is an alkaline product, it is very effective on heavy grease accumulations.
- CONDENSER CLEANER may be diluted with as much as 20 parts water for removal of moderate grease accumulations associated with refrigeration units, walk-in coolers, etc.
- Although CONDENSER CLEANER is non-acid, it's very strong industrial grade HVAC cleaner and should be used with caution. Equipment cleaned should be thoroughly rinsed after application. Wear rubber gloves and eye protection when using CONDENSER CLEANER.
