WIPCOOL P30J Commercial A/C Atomization System
Efficient Cooling for Outdoor AC in Hot Weather
The P30J Commercial A/C Atomization System is a smart auxiliary device designed to improve air conditioning efficiency and ensure stable system operation under extreme conditions. By utilizing intelligent sensing and precise mist-spray cooling technology, the P30J effectively prevents outdoor units from overheating during prolonged high temperatures. This not only maintains optimal cooling performance but also reduces energy consumption and extends the service life of your equipment.
[fluentform id="1"]
Equipped with 5 high-efficiency nozzles, the system delivers targeted mist cooling to ensure even heat dissipation across outdoor units. It operates reliably in a wide temperature range of 0–50℃, making it suitable for diverse climates and demanding environments.
The P30J is ideal for residential settings, enhancing wall-mounted or floor-standing air conditioners in apartments and villas. In commercial applications, it optimizes central AC outdoor unit clusters in shopping malls, office buildings, and hotels, ensuring continuous comfort for occupants. Industrially, it supports refrigeration equipment in factories, data centers, and cold chain logistics, where maintaining precise cooling performance is critical.
With the P30J Commercial A/C Atomization System, air conditioning systems remain efficient, safe, and long-lasting even in the hottest conditions. Its intelligent design and reliable operation provide a cost-effective solution for residential, commercial, and industrial cooling challenges.

The WIPCOOL P30J Commercial A/C Atomization System performs atomization through an intelligent, pressurized misting process designed to cool down outdoor AC condenser units.
Â
Here is exactly how the system performs atomization step-by-step:
Â
1. Water Intake and Pressurization
The system draws in water (with a working inlet water pressure requirement of 0.2–0.8 Mpa). It utilizes an internal diaphragm pump system to compress the liquid, preparing it for high-pressure discharge.
2. High-Efficiency Nozzle Discharge
The pressurized water is forced through 5 high-efficiency misting nozzles. Because the water is pushed under pressure through microscopic orifices, it shears apart into a continuous, ultra-fine mist.
3. Targeted Evaporative Cooling
The 5 nozzles are positioned around the outdoor air conditioning unit to deliver targeted mist cooling. As the fine water droplets are sprayed across the condenser coils, they instantly evaporate. Because water evaporation absorbs a massive amount of heat from the surrounding air, it rapidly lowers the temperature around the outdoor unit.
4. Smart, On-Demand Operation
The atomization does not run constantly; it is managed by intelligent sensing control. The P30J features two operational modes to trigger atomization:
- Electrical & Temperature Dual Control: Atomization only occurs when the outdoor unit power cord sensor detects the AC is drawing power and a preset ambient temperature threshold is breached.
- Single Temperature Control: Atomization activates solely based on the outdoor climate temperature.
This precise operation allows the system to spray between 18 to 53 liters of water per hour, optimizing energy savings while preventing compressor overheating.
Note: While its smaller sibling (the P15J) is specifically designed to collect and atomize the AC's own indoor condensate water to get rid of drain pipes, the larger commercial P30J is primarily engineered as an outdoor auxiliary misting system to drastically reduce compressor load in extreme heat.
